Without any doubt, the highlight of 2007 for me is the announcement of Webstock 08. It was the sort of thing that made me dash to tell the world. My enthusiasm came not only because I thoroughly enjoyed myself at Webstock 06 (and learned a lot too!), but also from less tangible effect of Webstock 06. I guess it raised the standard of what I expect from the Web, and from people working in this area.
