Webstock

Webstock's (very friendly) terms & conditions

'Tickets' and the registration process

As is fitting for a gig named Webstock, registrations are handled electronically. No paper tickets or tax invoices will be issued.

Once registration is received by the Webstock registration elves, confirmation will be emailed to the person who's been registered. At the same time, a tax invoice will be emailed to the person nominated in the registration process to receive the invoice.

A permanent record of these is maintained by said Webstock registration elves who can re-issue these items if yours get lost.

Fees

All fees become payable at the time the booking for the Webstock event is made.

If the fee remains unpaid at the time of the Webstock event, the following may occur:

The moral of the story is to ensure you've paid before the event begins.

Transfers

If you've booked but then can't attend, it's fine for another person to attend in your place. It is much appreciated if can let us know at least 48 hours before the Webstock event.

Cancellations and refunds

Moral of the story: don't cancel and if you do, let us know asap.

Changes to content, postponement, cancellation

In the unlikely event of cancellation of a Webstock event, the liability of Webstock is limited to the return of paid fees.

Webstock may alter the times, dates and speakers of Webstock events by notice to you at any time. While we are sorry if this causes inconvenience, Webstock will not be liable for any loss, damages or sadness arising from such changes.
