Delve into journey mapping to identify opportunities, create scenarios that resolve design issues, storyboard solutions that delight users and break down internal silos so you can build user-driven experiences.
In hands-on exercises, you’ll solve real problems using low-fidelity design techniques. You’ll design cohesive, multi-channel experiences starting with a journey map, then with scenarios and sketches. You’ll also work individually and in small groups to create service-level scenarios.
You’ll learn a framework for making design decisions and see how to:

Who it's for
This workshop is for any designer, engineer, or product manager who’s had to figure out what to build, how it should behave, and how it should look, and then sell the rest of the team along the way. A solid grounding in interface design principles and patterns is helpful for the sketching exercises. Those with a lot of experience using scenarios may find parts of the session are a “refresher.” The content is equally applicable whether you’re designing something new or improving what you already have.
