CODE OF CONDUCT
We have one.
Please read it.
Please embrace it.
Please abide by it.
Thank you.

SESSIONS & SEATING
All sessions are keynotes. And all keynotes will be held in the theatre of the St James.

TEMPERATURE IN THE THEATRE
While we try to maintain a consistent and comfortable 21.5 degree temperature in the auditorium, on occasion, warm air, possibly related to North Atlantic oscillation, Atlantic oscillation, the Pacific / North American Pattern, El Nino and La Nina, may cause high humidity.

In other words, it might get warm.

We therefore recommend a cool disposition and a layered attire of a cotton or substitute breathable fabric.

BATHROOM FACILITIES
We respect your right to use a bathroom facility that best fits your gender. There are mens and womens toilets downstairs, and an all-gender facility upstairs, indicated by a sign. Thanks in advance for respecting your fellow Webstocker’s choice of bathroom.

STORAGE
Should you wish to store bags, coats or other belongings during the conference, a coat/bag check area will operating on the ground floor. Look for the signs. Space is limited though ok.

PARKING
Pay parking is available on the streets surrounding the St James Theatre. The Michael Fowler Centre car park, and Te Papa’s car park are a relatively short distance from the venue, so they are both options also.

WIFI, PHONES & POWER
While not available in the theatre, there will be free wifi, and power outlets aplenty, provided in all break-out spaces upstairs and down.

Please turn your cell phones and other noise-making objects off or put them in silent mode during the presentations.

THURSDAY EVENING
On Thursday, after the last talk of the day, and before Start-up Alley a cash bar will be in operation, and upbeat aural pleasure will be provided by our resident DJ, Mr @dubdotdoh. Thanks to La Boca Loca, House of Dumplings and Sweet Release, there’ll be a delightful assortment of tasty treats available for purchase.

BNZ START-UP ALLEY
Thursday evening, 6:15pm sharp, sees six start-ups on stage in the theatre pitching to our panel of Judges in front of a live audience. That’s you! Come along after a drink or three, and see who’s going to win $20K, a trip for two to San Francisco plus fame, [further] fortune and everything that goes with it. More information here.

AFTER PARTYING
To celebrate the Webstock Week that was, there’s a post match function taking place at Prefab. There’ll be lashings of hearty food, an excellent assortment of drinks (both alcoholic and non-alcoholic), along with good music and great people. Stick around. It’s gonna be awesome.

(You’ll need your nametag to partake in the party.)
