R�gine Debatty writes about the intersection between art, design and technology on her blog we-make-money-not-art.com and contributes to various design and art magazines. She also curates art shows and speaks at conferences and festivals around the world about the way artists, hackers and interaction designers (mis)use technology. She currently curates the art section of the Resist project, a series of film documentaries and soon art commissions engaging with the issue of economical apartheid.

R�gine studied Classics and Ancient History at the University of Liege in Belgium and Durham University in England, worked as a teacher of Latin and Ancient Greek, then moved to media, working as a documentary director for the Belgian national TV, as a reporter for the daily news programme �Protagonistas� on radio Onda Cero in Spain then as a consultant for the MEDIA programme of the European Commission in Italy.
