As part of our Digital team you’ll be playing a key part in the development of the Co-operative Bank’s digital offerings – primarily internet banking and mobile app. As the Design Lead you will use your deep understanding and practical experience in human-centred design to create a superior digital experience for the Banks’ current and prospective customers.

You’ll have a minimum 5-7 years’ experience in UX/UI design using best practices to design web and mobile solutions – and be capable of leading the establishment of design practice in-house. Experience working in an agile delivery model desirable as you’ll be supporting multiple squads, and a banking background is helpful but not essential.
