The Role
You will be responsible for leading and developing our design offering for our clients. As our Lead UX Strategist, and core member of the consulting team, you will be involved in both pre and post-sale activities. You will align our clients' business vision to an design-led approach that will be delivered and evolved by incredibly smart technologists.
Specifically, you will:
Conduct workshops to truly understand our client's vision to deliver world class solutions.
Create strategies and roadmaps for clients based on user needs, business objectives and technology capabilities
Assist sales with digital strategy and UX work, including developing design-led approaches for new and existing clients
Ensure best experience design practices are maintained throughout the engagement and beyond
Help manage and build an experience design team, focused on delivering an exceptional product, strategically aligned to a broader strategy
Help evolve the design offering and process to remain progressive in terms of our offering, including design thinking, human centred design, experience design and lean methodology
Help ensure that the design team is progressive in terms of shaping the product-market fit to ensure market relevance
The Person
As the Lead UX Strategist, you will need to be a passionate, motivated and a client focused leader in the digital world. You will be an ambitious team player, and as a confident leader, you will be at ease presenting to a broad audience and enjoy sharing your knowledge with your peers.
Experience
You will have several years' experience in a role which has focussed on delivering digital strategies. You'll understand the software development lifecycle, with particular expertise in business, user-centred design and lean and agile methodologies, including first-hard experience of engaging these practices within a large organisation.
You'll be able to define our client and end user needs and translate these into a feasibly, viable and delightful experience-led solution.
